Lessons Learned: Maintaining a Culture of Wellbeing with a Dispersed Workforce

ING is a member of Ragan’s Communications Leadership Council. Sara Ng is vice president, Communications and Brand Experience, for ING Americas, part of the global financial services company ING Group N.V.  In this role, Ng leads internal and executive communications, with a focus on workplace engagement, employer branding, and culture and change management. Her focus has been creating touchpoints that reflect ING’s values, such as championing the company’s new hybrid way of working and promoting best practices that support employee wellness. A communications strategist, Ng has experience helping people and brands connect with a variety of audiences. Her decade-plus career spans several industries, including fashion, television, technology and financial services.
