As Chief Growth Officer and Executive Sponsor of the CEO Investor Forum, Nandika Madgavkar oversees new business development, strategic partnerships, philanthropic investments, and the advancement of the CEO Investor Forum.  

Tina-Marie Adams brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate communication, consumer campaigns and public affairs, including issues and crisis management, signature reputational positioning, societal issues and DEI strategy, and labor relations. She leads key initiatives and provides strategic counsel to C-Suite executives in a variety of sectors including health care, energy, transportation, higher education, food and consumer retail. Prior to joining APCO, Adams served as senior client director and Midwest regional director at Ketchum, and she held client and business management roles at MWW Group, Hill & Knowlton, Fleishman-Hillard and The Tierney Group.  Adams is a former journalist with the Chicago Tribune and Gannett newspapers. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Butler University, where she graduated summa cum laude, and a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.

Vincent Sallan litigates discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation, harassment, trade secret, non-compete/non-solicitation, and commissions disputes. When he isn’t litigating, he assists employers with a host of day-to-day issues, including drafting and revising handbooks, policies, and agreements. Sallan's practice includes employment counseling and litigation and complex commercial litigation. He regularly advises and counsels employers on an array of employment issues, including drafting and revising handbooks and policies in addition to employment and non-compete agreements, consulting on terminations and separations, conducting internal investigations, advising on employment issues arising during transactions, and ensuring employers follow state and Federal employment statutes. Sallan also defends employers against False Claims Act, discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower, family/medical leave, disability, and wage-and-hour claims before state and Federal courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies. In addition to employment counseling and litigation, he focuses his practice on prosecuting and defending unfair competition, trade-secret, non-compete/non-solicit, business tort, and sales commissions claims, among other complex commercial litigation. Sallan has significant experience across numerous industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, real estate, and insurance.
