Andrew Bates is the director of enterprise data strategy at AARP, where he's responsible for developing and managing programs to help its many groups use business intelligence better. He's currently focused on the deployment of a big-data initiative that will connect AARP's many technologies and systems, enabling the organization to better measure the effectiveness of its marketing efforts and improve the experience of its members. For 20 years, he has developed winning marketing strategies and multichannel attribution models for organizations, including Navy Federal Credit Union, DuPont, American Cancer Society and Rosetta Stone.

Carmen Shirkey Collins is the senior social media and talent brand manager for Cisco's award-winning Talent Brand team behind the @WeAreCisco social media accounts. She created the strategy behind making personal connections with current and future talent by amplifying employee voices in Cisco's 70,000-person organization. She was named the 2018 and 2019 Digital Communicator of the Year by the Stevie Awards, 2017 and 2018 Social Media Professional of the Year and a 2017 Top Woman in PR by PR News, and PR Daily's 2017 Social Media Professional of the Year.

Amanda Robinson is the founder of The Digital Gal. She is widely sought after for her experience as a Facebook Ads expert and her skill in building Messenger Chatbots. She advises for Social Media Examiner's membership group, the Social Media Marketing Society, with over 2,000 entrepreneurs and digital marketers.
