Laura Hammett is Head of Employee Measurement and Insights at bp. It is her job to help bp better understand its employees and use that information to improve their experiences. Using qualitative and quantitative research, she investigates employees’ opinions, motivations and behaviors. Turning data into relatable narratives allows communicators, HR professionals and leadership to assess their activities, inform their action planning and ultimately make data-led decisions.
