Brandon Daniels is an internal communications specialist at Marathon Petroleum Co., a Fortune 50 organization and the nation's third-largest transportation fuels refiner. Daniels has experience in media relations, graphic design and video production. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, writing and sketching. He lives in Findlay, Ohio, with his wife and daughter.
Brian Samrick leads internal and executive communications for enterprise sales at Cisco Systems, where for the past decade he has helped drive the adoption of evolving sales models. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience as a professional communicator in the technology industry, he offers a unique perspective on the appropriate blend of tools and content to design and execute effective town halls and team meetings.
Leslie McBride is a senior manager of internal communications at Cox Automotive. She has delivered numerous firsts to reach the company's employees in new ways, including Q&A apps with real-time voting, live leader chats in Jive and Slack, and new intranet spaces ranked in the top 20 companywide. She drives engagement, dialogue and change as a strategic partner to execs and business partners, creating internal communication plans that decipher complex concepts and projects for audiences of more than 3,000 employees.
Ally Bunin is an award-winning, creative communications leader focused on driving an exceptional employee experience. After 18 years leading employee engagement and internal communications inside companies, she joined MSL to counsel top brands. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade leading Organizational Communications for Northwell Health, a $10 billion health care organization and the largest employer in New York with 66,000 employees, 21 hospitals and 450 outpatient centers. She's worked with start-ups like Brighton Health Plan Solutions and global companies like Deutsche Bank.
Teresa Shewman is the communications director at Lilly International where she develops strategic communication plans in alignment with the business's goals. She also provides strategic counsel for executive leaders and international affiliate communicators, global cross-functional team management executive communications, message development and delivery, and spokesperson training.
