Shalini Gupta is the manager of leadership and CEO communications at BT (British Telecommunications). She has worked internationally for over 15 years in various communication roles in the financial services and telecommunications sector at top FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, which include GE Capital, Aviva, RBS/NatWest Group, Royal & SunAlliance Insurance and British Telecommunications. She’s a CIIC and MCIPR accredited communicator with over a decade of experience defining, shaping and delivering global employee and leadership communications in support of business strategies. She’s worked in a variety of internal communications capacities, ranging from crisis communications and diversity and inclusion, to leadership communications and organizational change.
Melissa Shahbazian is the co-founder of SparkinSight Coaching. An executive coach and facilitator with over 10 years of experience, she specializes in the future of work. Her recent projects have included individual C-suite coaching domestically and workshops with C-suite professionals and their teams internationally. She is published in Forbes, Coaching Connection and The Hollywood Reporter. She has an accreditation in Emotional Intelligence and Team Emotional Intelligence–JCA Occupational Psychologists, UK.
