Marco Pena is executive vice president and general manager of Edelman’s Austin office
(by way of Edelman Silicon Valley). He brings strong technical expertise crossed with multicultural experience to his public relations campaigns. With more than 20 years experience working in technology, he has taken specific focus on the semiconductor and consumer electronics industries, spanning both B2B and B2C clients and audiences.
His background includes four years working for Dell Inc. Systems Performance Engineering, where he specialized in optimizing PC and server performance to yield winning results against competitors in product reviews and other public submissions. Marco also served an additional four years as PR Manager for Dell’s Enterprise Systems Group managing server, storage, networking, and workstation PR and review programs.
Since joining Edelman in 2007, Marco has led strategic programs for multiple global clients including AMD, CableLabs, HP, National Instruments, and Samsung, among others. In addition to leading Edelman Austin, he currently serves as US technology sector lead for Edelman’s south region, and agency lead for Edelman’s Global Samsung Mobile business.

Anh Selissen serves as chief information officer for the Texas Department of Transportation. In each of her leadership roles, Anh has built a diverse range of experience working across the organization to deliver IT services to meet the needs of the organization and customer community. She is passionate about providing strong customer service and strives to work with her team to provide strong support and services to the organization and their customers. This has resulted in improved interactions with the end user communities and positive positioning.
Ms. Selissen has led enterprise IT systems and staff in both the public and private sectors. She is a transformative and passionate leader. Among several professional affiliations, she is on the AASHTO Transportation Technology Committee and IT Chair of the State Agency Coordinating Council. She has won a number of leadership accolades and continues to make a difference as a public servant.
John Hallock

John oversees all corporate communications, sales enablement and marketing functions to support the company's growth, brand awareness, market leadership and expansion. He and his team manage enterprise-wide communications and content strategy focused on the Quantum Health member and client experience along with overseeing an integrated marketing and sales performance program.
Prior to Quantum Health, John was Chief Communications Officer at Transcarent. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Livongo Health, where he directed the company’s strategic communications and investor relations activities for company’s 2019 IPO, the largest in consumer digital health history. His team spearheaded Livongo’s communications and market positioning strategy for the $18.5 billion-dollar merger with Teladoc Health, also the largest to date in the digital health employer industry. Before Livongo, John led corporate communications, government affairs and strategic marketing and brand engagement programs for industry-leading digital health and healthcare technology companies, including athenahealth, Imprivata and CareCloud. At athenahealth, he was the chief architect for all facets of the company’s communications brand awareness strategy, including its IPO, M&A activity, national physician advocacy initiatives and thought leadership programs. At Imprivata, he helped execute the company’s post-IPO national brand awareness, growth programs and market repositioning as a leading healthcare security and patient identification company, leading to its acquisition by Thoma Bravo. In 2024 PR News named John a Person of the Year for Chief Communicators and he is a past PR Week 40 under 40 honoree. He is a graduate of Radford University.Elizabeth Monteleone

Elizabeth Monteleone has served as our Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since June 2024. Ms. Monteleone was the first U.S.-based in-house legal counsel for Bumble, and has been with the Company for 6 years. After serving in progressively more senior legal positions, she most recently served as the Company’s Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Monteleone was a member of the corporate, securities and M&A practice at Winstead PC from 2016 to 2018. Ms. Monteleone began her career at Proskauer Rose LLP in 2014. Ms. Monteleone holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia, and a J.D., summa cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Alise Marshall

Alise Marshall is the Senior Director of Corporate Affairs and Impact for Pinterest, leading a team of professionals focused on sustainability, social impact, ESG and partnerships across the private, public and third sectors. For more than a decade, her work has been guided by the core goal of increasing pathways to opportunity for historically underserved communities to ensure meaningful and lasting change. Prior to Pinterest, Alise was Director of Strategy & New Ventures at Public Welfare Foundation - a national social justice accelerator, and prior to that she was Senior Manager for Economic Opportunity at Walmart, Inc., leading the U.S. Manufacturing, Inclusive Economies, and Small Business portfolios at Walmart Foundation. Before transitioning into the private sector in 2017, Alise served for 6 years in the Obama Administration as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Deputy Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education. Alise is based in the Washington, D.C. area with her husband and daughter.
