In this closing fireside, we chatted with Heather Brinckerhoff, head of social media marketing at QVC, about 10 lessons she learned during her first decade working in social media – with a focus on what the next decade will bring.

Heather Brinckerhoff is the Director of Social Media for Chip and Joanna Gaines’ brand, Magnolia, where she oversees the social media program, also creating and executing an effective and holistic social media measurement strategy to increase engagement and ROI. With more than eight years of experience managing social media, Brinckerhoff is passionate about innovative content that not only moves consumers to purchase, but brings them joy and builds brand loyalty. She’s created successful and engaging social media strategies and campaigns to support several theme park and resort grand openings, events, product launches, premieres and more. Prior to Magnolia, Brinckerhoff was the Senior Global Social Media Manager for Legoland Parks and Resorts, and before that, worked at Porter Novelli managing social media publishing programs for PlayStation, Disney Parks and Resorts and more.
Manager, Strategic Programming
Justin Joffe is the Manager of Strategic Programming at Ragan Communications.
