Kirsten Hamstra is global head of social media for SAS, a leader in business analytics software. Before SAS, Hamstra was on the digital and corporate reputation management teams at Edelman Public Relations in Chicago. Robyn Hannah is the senior director of global communications at Dynamic Signal, where she leads all public relations and communications initiatives for the company.
