Elizabeth Owen is the global head of employee communications for Levi Strauss & Co. She manages internal and executive communications that boost employee engagement. She directs a team that does corporate events, design, employee communications, the corporate intranet and Yammer. Owen has more than a decade of corporate communications experience, working with Dell, Visa and DirecTV. Before LS&Co., she was the director of communications for a private school. Owen served as senior vice president and deputy GM at WPP Team Dell, where she managed U.S. staff and operations and led the agency team that did Dell's internal communications. She began at Levi Strauss & Co. and is proud to be back at a company known for its heritage and commitment to the communities it operates in.
