How much will my membership cost?
A Ragan Training membership is $1295 per year. This single-user membership gets you access to hundreds of hours of online training content. Multiple-user memberships are available at a special discounted rate – contact sales representative, Shallon Blackburn, at shallonb@ragan.com or (312) 960-4224. (Note: this is for multiple-user access, not a site license.)

How long does my membership last?
Your membership will last one calendar year from when you first purchase your membership. At the end of that year, your Ragan Training membership will be auto renewed and you will be invoiced for a second year of membership.

How long after I purchase a membership will I be able to view the videos?
You’ll be able to view the videos immediately after purchasing your Ragan Training membership.

What does my Ragan Training membership give me access to?
You get access to hundreds of hours of training content from our sold-out conferences, workshops, webinars, webcasts and studio – for an entire year!

Will I have access to all the Ragan Training videos on my mobile device?
Yes, but you may have trouble viewing the flash-based Interactive Courses on Apple mobile devices. We are working on this compatibility issue.

Is watching the online videos secure?
Yes.

What is “My Queue”?
“My Queue” is a place you can store all videos you intend to watch in the near future. Once you move a video into “My Queue,” you can access it easily by clicking on “My Queue” under the “My Account” button on the home page.

What are the system requirements to access Ragan Training videos?
You can access the Ragan Training videos from any internet browser capable of playing videos.

What if I have technical issues?
If you can’t view the videos, you will need to contact your IT department or network security and make sure you are not blocked from doing so.

The principle CDN domains used by Ragan Training are:

Both of these domains require ports 80 and 443 (for https traffic). It is important that firewall rules operate on domains, and not IP addresses, as IP addresses are subject to change (based on cloud scalability best practices). If you have other technical issues, you may contact our web department by going into your Member Center and submitting a question through the Member Support box.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time but you will not receive a refund. You will continue to have access to all of the Ragan Training videos until your year of membership expires.

Will my Ragan Training membership be automatically renewed at the end of the one-year membership?
Yes, your Ragan Training membership will be auto renewed and you will be invoiced for a second year of membership.

How do I reset my password?
Once you are in your Member Center, click the “Edit” button in the Member Information box. Then you will click “Request new password” and password reset instructions will be sent to the email address you have on file.

What is the difference between Video Presentations, Webinar Recordings and Interactive Courses?
Video Presentations are live recordings from our conferences, workshops or studio. Webinar Recordings are recorded visual and audio web presentations featuring original Q&A sessions with presenters. Interactive Courses are virtual presentations that allow you to move – and learn – at your own pace.

Is there a limit to how many videos I can watch in one day?
No, there is no limit to how many videos you can watch in one day.

Is my membership restricted in any way?
Yes. Memberships are set up for single user access unless you have registered for a multiple access account or a site license. For more information, please read our Membership Terms of Use.
