Natasha Rivera, PMP-certified Project Manager, serves as the intranet & collaboration communications manager at Ferguson. In this role, Natasha oversees the company's intranet, which includes end-user experience, adoption, design, governance and functionality enhancements to drive business results, increase productivity and social collaboration for more than 23,000 employees nationwide. Besides her diverse background in project management, strategic planning, communications, marketing and business analysis, Natasha also holds a bachelor's degree in information systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
