Nancy Bistritz-Balkan is vice president of consumer education and advocacy at Equifax. She's responsible for developing and executing a global strategy to raise awareness around consumer information and creating an understanding of the value the industry provides. She previously served as director of PR and communications. Prior to joining Equifax, she was manager of communications and content at CHEP, where she worked closely with decision makers to develop strategic communications plans. She also led all crisis communications efforts for the U.S. business and served as a key member of the global communications team.
Brendan Healey is a partner at the Chicago law firm of Mandell Menkes LLC, where he works with clients on media and marketing law issues. He was previously deputy general counsel, media for American Media. Before that, he was senior counsel, media and promotions for Tribune Co., where he counseled the Chicago Tribune Company on marketing law issues and worked with the Tribune's eight daily newspapers. He's a graduate of Stanford University and NYU Law School.
Ronald Gilliam is manager, internal digital platforms at S&P Global, the leading provider of the essential intelligence that powers the markets of the future. With a daily reach of 20,000+ employees globally, he draws upon his background in audience development and intranet technology to provide targeted employee communications that are accessible across multiple platforms and channels.
