Presenter bio: 

Kristin T. Scroggin is a communication arts lecturer at the University of Alabama and founder of Workplace Training Solutions. She has a M.A. in communication studies with an emphasis in organizational communication and a B.A. in communication studies. She focuses on communication issues in multi-generation workplaces, examining how to motivate the millennial generation. She has given presentations at the National Communication Association national convention for the past three years. Her clients include PPG, NASA and Lockheed Martin.

Leah Sketo is a human resources manager at Lockheed Martin Space, where she leads a team of geographically dispersed HR business partners that support the organization’s Missile Defense and Air Force Program portfolios. She has worked for Lockheed Martin for almost four years and was previously an HR business partner for LSI Corp.

Cody Jones is a payload communicator at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in support of the International Space Station (which means he talks to astronauts every day!). He was recently elevated to NASA’s PAYCOM Team Training Lead within two years of certification, and now works with the Training and Integration Team.
