Bob Zeni is a design and infographics specialist at Ragan Consulting Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in editing and design for publications and organizations and teaches design at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Paula Lukowski is supervisor of customer communications at Omaha Public Power District. Recently she has focused on improving timeliness and transparency by streamlining internal and external communications for all audiences via low-cost and no-cost technologies. Improved graphics have been crucial to this charge. Her team oversees Omaha Public Power District's intranet news, websites (oppd.com, oppdthewire.com and stormandoutage.com), social media, video, graphics and special projects.
Joe Comstock is creative coordinator for the corporate marketing and communications department at Omaha Public Power District. After 16 years of working as a designer, art director, illustrator, comic book artist and sculptor in Los Angeles, he joined the OPPD communications team, where he makes the mundane magical, the trite tantalizing and the difficult digestible. A year ago, he was thrown into the world of infographics, and now he thinks he's an expert at that, too. You be the judge.
