Kelly Stepno, senior director with APCO Worldwide's global crisis management and litigation communication practice, is an attorney with almost 20 years of experience helping clients manage reputation-threatening events including product withdrawals, product liability lawsuits, patent disputes, regulatory activity, consumer protests, cybersecurity issues and executive misconduct. Her most recent projects include advising a company during a cybersecurity crisis, directing strategy and stakeholder engagement related to product liability litigation for a pharmaceutical company and developing a crisis communications strategy for a management consulting company. While her primary focus has been in the pharmaceutical, medical device and hospital sectors, she has experience in other industries including environmental, manufacturing, consumer goods and food and beverage.

Lesley Sillaman is a senior vice president at Red Havas and a key leader of the company's Global Collective, coordinating the agency's cross-border work with Red Havas teams around the world. Sillaman joined Red Havas in 2006, and since then has been a strategist, content writer, speechwriter, media relations specialist and trainer. She works closely with senior leaders to map potential crisis scenarios and has conducted numerous crisis media trainings with top-tier executives. Sillaman has been recognized in the industry for her expertise in crisis and corporate communication with several awards and accolades, including the 2016 PR News PR People Awards as Agency PR Professional of the Year and in 2018 as a member of the Cannes Lions Grand Jury in the PR category.
